Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Med/Surg and Telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes swiftly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
• Document accurately and maintain high standards of nursing practice

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
