Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
Assess patient needs and create meaningful treatment goals
Document progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
Support patients and families with education and encouragement

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy license in California
Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Therapeutic interventions and adaptive equipment
Electronic medical records documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Patient and family education
