Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain strength and mobility through hands-on therapy sessions
Collaborate with physical therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
Track patient progress and adjust exercises to maximize recovery
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for every patient you meet

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in California
Compassionate approach and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care techniques
Therapeutic exercise programs
Progress documentation
