Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents at Sandia Ridge Center
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support daily living activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and staff
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Medication administration and documentation
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Electronic health record systems
- Compassionate bedside manner
