Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy for shoulders, elbows, and wrists
Help patients recover from tendonitis, fractures, and post-surgical repairs
Provide care across acute inpatient, rehab, transitional, and outpatient settings
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Collaborate with rehab aides and the OT manager to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic upper extremity therapy
Experience with shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow conditions preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedics and upper extremity therapy
Hands therapy techniques
Lymphedema training a plus
ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient care settings
