Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
- Perform modified video swallow studies to assess swallowing function
- Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and premature infants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document progress and adjust interventions based on patient response
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
- Experience performing modified video swallow studies
- Comfort working with both adult acute care and neonatal populations
Knowledge & Skills
- Modified video swallow studies expertise
- Adult inpatient acute care experience
- NICU feeding assessment skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
