Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with occasional pediatric cases
Manage ventilators and bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up in our level 2 nursery
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setups, and nebulizer treatments
Standby support for conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Assist with intubations and collaborate with a 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist team

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency
Ventilator management skills essential

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 equipment
Philips V60 and Respironics Lumis expertise
ABG draws and analysis
Neonatal care for 32 weeks and older
Team collaboration in a busy inpatient setting
