Shift Type: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours per Week: 32

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during overnight hours
Assist patients with daily living activities to help them feel comfortable and supported
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone
Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

Qualifications

Active LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont
Current CPR certification
Strong attention to detail and a caring approach
Ability to work independently during night shifts
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and assistance techniques
Infection control practices
Clear communication with residents and staff
Documentation and reporting skills
Compassionate bedside manner
