Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care that makes a real difference in residents daily lives
Assist with activities of daily living to help patients feel comfortable and supported
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Help create a warm, safe environment where residents thrive

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in New Mexico
Current CPR certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
