Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical support staff activities to enhance patient flow and ensure adequate coverage
• Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and promptly report changes to the appropriate team members
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while following hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment options
• Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights and compassionate care
• Triage patient calls, manage prescription refills, and coordinate ongoing patient care

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by New Hampshire Board of Nursing
• Associates degree in Nursing required, Bachelors degree highly preferred
• At least two years of experience in a medical office setting
• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
• Pediatrics experience highly preferred
• Direct medical office experience including clinical staff supervision highly preferred

Education

• Associates or better in Nursing [REQUIRED]
• Bachelors or better in Nursing [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

• Nursing Process and patient assessment expertise
• Care planning and documentation proficiency
• Medication administration and medical terminology knowledge
• Patient care coordination and clinical staff supervision abilities
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills
