Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care including cleanings and screenings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans
• Assist dentists during procedures and maintain clinical documentation
• Sterilize equipment and ensure a safe, clean environment
• Build trusting relationships with patients to promote long-term oral health

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New York
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Patient-centered approach with a gentle touch
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
