Shift Type: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate mental health therapy to individuals in need
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
Deliver evidence-based interventions in a correctional mental health setting
Document clinical progress and maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

Current California license as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist
Experience working in mental health or behavioral health settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Therapeutic techniques and counseling approaches
Crisis intervention and de-escalation
Electronic health record documentation
Cultural competency and sensitivity
Time management and organizational skills
