Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 36 or 48 hours guaranteed, every other weekend and holiday coverage required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care through thoughtful assessment, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and helpers to ensure exceptional resident experiences
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment while following all facility policies and state regulations
- Mentor Villa's core values of Exceptional Care, Passionate Service, and Unexpected Luxury in every interaction
- Collaborate with the care team under the guidance of Unit Manager, ADON, or DON to support resident well-being
Qualifications
- Active Michigan LPN license required
- Minimum 2 years of SNF/LTC experience
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Previous travel nursing experience
- COVID-19 vaccination (medical and religious exemptions considered case-by-case)

- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to floating between units
