Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Float Pool
Location: Centennial, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients across medical-surgical and telemetry units
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications including heparin drips while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Float across specialties including cardiac, neuro, oncology, rehab, renal, bariatrics, ortho, trauma, and ED observation
- Support patients through post-surgical recovery and various medical diagnoses
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele experience
- Neuro experience preferred
- Ability to float within a 60-mile radius zone and adapt to various patient acuities
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation skills
- Experience with heparin drip titration
- Comfortable floating between ICU holds, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele units
- Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with charge nurses and support staff
