Radiology Tech - CT
Location: Redding, California

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Flexible 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts with varying start times; specific schedule details provided during interview process
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans and fluoroscopy with precision and care
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams in fast-paced OR, ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Operate advanced Philips imaging equipment including iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16 scanners
- Provide exceptional patient care while maintaining safety standards in a Level II trauma environment
- Adapt quickly to varying patient needs and work independently as a self-starter
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- California Fluoroscopy license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, with 1st time travelers considered
- CT experience strongly preferred
- Level II trauma experience is a plus but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with Cerner EMR system
- Experience with Philips CT scanners
- Comfortable working with C-arms in the OR
- Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
