Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans that make a real difference
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Document progress and adjust treatments to help patients reach their goals
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies for continued success
Qualifications
- Current SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment skills across diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Speech and language assessment techniques
- Swallowing disorder evaluation and treatment
- Patient-centered therapy approaches
- Electronic medical record documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
