Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with mids starting at 9:00 AM or 10:45 AM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Scrub in for a wide variety of surgical cases including total joints, general, vascular, and spine procedures
- Assist surgeons and the OR team with precision and care during CVOR cases such as CABG, valve replacements, and lung procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields while anticipating the needs of the surgical team
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Supervisor and OR leadership to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Support trauma, ENT, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries with skill and professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with total joints, general, vascular, and spine surgeries
- Proficiency with Cerner Surginet EMR system
- Current Surgical Tech certification and active state requirements
- Ability to take 1-2 weeknight calls per week and approximately one weekend call per month
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in scrubbing for diverse surgical specialties
- Comfortable working in fast-paced trauma and elective OR settings
- Familiarity with Phillips telemetry monitoring
- Strong attention to detail and sterile technique
