Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain mobility and independence through personalized therapy plans
Assess and evaluate patient conditions to create effective treatment strategies
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize recovery outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued progress
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Texas
Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise techniques
Rehabilitation protocols
Documentation and progress tracking
Team collaboration
