Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac patients and titrate drips including Cardizem and beta blockers
Provide continuous EEG monitoring for adults and geriatric patients
Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care techs to deliver exceptional care
Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units as needed to support the team
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Active RN license and BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience with cardiac monitoring, drip titration, and EEG monitoring preferred
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
Must live outside the 50-mile radius and not be employed by CommonSpirit facilities

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac monitoring and drip titration expertise
EEG monitoring proficiency
