Location: Caldwell, Texas

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, wounds, and general debility
Collaborate with PTAs and techs to provide seamless patient care
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document treatment plans and progress with attention to detail
Support patients on their journey to recovery in a critical access environment

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification needed
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating general ortho, neuro, wound care, and post-surgical patients
Comfortable working in both inpatient and outpatient environments
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude toward patient care
