Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, 1-2 nights of call per week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound studies including OB/GYN, abdomen, and small parts imaging
Conduct vascular studies such as carotid arteries, DVT, and renal arteries
Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biopsies
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver excellent patient care
Maintain accurate documentation using McKesson, Cerner, and VRAD systems

Qualifications

Current ARDMS certification required
BLS certification required
RVT certification preferred
Experience with vascular and OB/GYN ultrasound studies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with GE L8 and L9 ultrasound equipment
Strong understanding of OB/GYN, abdomen, and vascular imaging protocols
Comfortable performing 10+ studies per day
Familiar with McKesson, Cerner, and VRAD systems
Excellent patient care and communication skills
