Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform rapid, accurate assessments and deliver high-quality emergency care
Stabilize and manage patients in a fast-paced ED environment
Coordinate with physicians, techs, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures as appropriate
Document care thoroughly and communicate clearly with patients and families
Participate in triage, transfer, and discharge planning to support throughput
Contribute to a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (New Hampshire or compact license as applicable)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
Previous ED/ER experience preferred (able to thrive in a fast-paced emergency setting)
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and teamwork mindset
Current healthcare CPR certification and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency patient assessment and triage skills
IV starts, medication administration, and basic emergency procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure
Clear, compassionate patient and family communication
Proficient documentation practices and comfort with electronic health records
