Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to patients, focusing on dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support safe patient mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team promptly
Document care provided clearly and accurately in the patient record
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) in good standing
Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy
Ability to pass background check and any required facility screenings
Comfort working independently on per diem assignments and adapting quickly to new teams

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals and familiarity with ADLs
Basic infection control and safety practices
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately
Teamwork mindset and willingness to assist other clinical staff
