Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8.5-hour shifts; exact start/end times and specific days to be confirmed (schedule determined by facility needs)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly to the care team
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to implement individualized care plans
Perform routine assessments, charting, and accurate shift handoffs
Support a positive resident experience through respectful communication and advocacy

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain state licensure promptly)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Reliable, professional, and committed to resident-centered care

Education

LPN certificate or vocational nursing diploma
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic clinical assessment and vital signs monitoring
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting (EMR)
Infection control and safe clinical procedures
Ability to prioritize and manage time across an 8.5-hour shift
