Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including ADLs, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Assist with safe transfers and positioning to support patient comfort and prevent injury
Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Support a positive patient experience by communicating clearly and respectfully
Collaborate with the care team to help implement individualized care plans

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in New Mexico (or eligible to obtain)
Recent clinical experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screening per facility policy
Reliable transportation and availability for evening-to-overnight shifts

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Basic charting and accurate documentation skills
Infection control and safe body mechanics
Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Compassionate approach to patient dignity and comfort
