Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychotherapy and psych skills groups for adult PHP/IOP patients, delivering engaging, evidence-based group interventions
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and safety assessments to guide individualized care
• Create, update and implement treatment plans and document progress
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care
• Document group sessions and clinical notes accurately in Meditech EMR
• Lead discharge planning and coordinate appropriate aftercare and community referrals
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed to ensure patient wellbeing

Qualifications

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license (must be licensed in California)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (behavioral health/PHP/IOP experience preferred)
• Experience running psychotherapy or skills groups strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CBT and DBT approaches is a plus
• Comfortable documenting in Meditech or similar EMR systems

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred
