Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
Provide compassionate, person-centered care to older adults while preserving dignity
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team promptly
Document care thoroughly and accurately in resident records
Support a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate effectively with residents, families and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

GNA certification (Class: GNA) — required
Eligibility to work in Maryland and meet facility onboarding requirements
Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift
Comfort working with geriatric populations and demonstrating compassion

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care skills and comfort assisting with ADLs
Good observational skills to notice and report changes in residents
Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families and teammates
Ability to document care accurately and follow care plans
Teamwork mindset and reliability during evening shift coverage
