Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health needs and risks
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and safety
• Administer medications accurately and monitor patient response
• Provide therapeutic communication and crisis intervention to support adolescents in distress
• Monitor and document patient well-being and progress with clear, accurate records
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and coping strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
• Contribute to a safe, supportive environment that fosters recovery and dignity

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma state license required and must be active at time of submission
• Minimum 6 months experience in Adolescent Behavioral Health required
• BLS (AHA) certification required prior to start
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Handle with Care Certification preferred
• Complete work history and permanent address required for submission
