Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in the assigned unit
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document them per facility policy
- Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and communicate concerns to the care team
- Assist with activities of daily living and support patient comfort and dignity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to execute and update care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and complete required paperwork
- Follow infection prevention, safety protocols, and facility policies at all times
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted LPN license valid in New Mexico
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working 12.5-hour day shifts and able to cover Sunday, Friday, and Saturday
- Local candidates only as noted in the order
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Education
- LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate required
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and safe documentation practices
- Clinical assessment and ability to recognize changes in patient status
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
- Excellent time management and prioritization during long shifts
- Patient advocacy, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
