Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility with dignity and respect
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
• Document resident care accurately and timely in the facility charting system
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
• Help maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices
• Support residents' emotional and social needs through friendly interaction and engagement

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (NH or VT as applicable)
• Ability to work the listed alternating-week schedule and every-other-weekend requirement
• Local candidate preferred as this is a local-only assignment
• Comfort working in a long-term care or similar resident-focused setting

Education

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program and current LNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Practical knowledge of resident care and ADLs
• Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good time management and reliability for scheduled shifts
• Compassionate approach to resident-centered care
