Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care for patients across the lifespan
Build lasting relationships with patients and families, delivering patient-centered care
Manage continuity of care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure coordinated care
Contribute to community health efforts and help shape local primary care services
Maintain professional documentation and ensure compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
DEA certification or eligibility
Commitment to community-focused, patient-centered primary care
Willingness to participate in hospital and clinic leadership and teamwork

Education

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Knowledge & Skills

Primary care and outpatient-focused clinical skills
Patient-centered medicine and relationship-based care
Comfort managing patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities
Effective communication and patient education skills
Team-based collaboration with clinical and administrative staff
Professionalism in documentation, licensure, and compliance
