Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate PT and OT clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement rehab program policies, protocols, and best practices
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule therapy staff while fostering a collaborative team culture
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful, measurable patient goals
- Monitor clinical outcomes and quality metrics, then drive improvements where needed
- Ensure documentation compliance and support staff training on charting and workflows
- Act as a clinical resource for complex cases and support staff development
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted California PT or OT license (required)
- Experience in clinical leadership or DOR/management roles preferred
- Strong background in inpatient and outpatient rehab practices
- Excellent communication and team-building skills; able to lead by example
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility credentialing requirements
Education
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Occupational Therapy (MS/OT) or related clinical field
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical expertise in physical therapy and occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Knowledge of rehab documentation standards and regulatory compliance
- Staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary care coordination and discharge planning
- Quality improvement mindset and comfort with outcome metrics
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with electronic medical records
