Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate PT and OT clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement rehab program policies, protocols, and best practices
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule therapy staff while fostering a collaborative team culture
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful, measurable patient goals
• Monitor clinical outcomes and quality metrics, then drive improvements where needed
• Ensure documentation compliance and support staff training on charting and workflows
• Act as a clinical resource for complex cases and support staff development

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted California PT or OT license (required)
• Experience in clinical leadership or DOR/management roles preferred
• Strong background in inpatient and outpatient rehab practices
• Excellent communication and team-building skills; able to lead by example
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility credentialing requirements

Education

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Occupational Therapy (MS/OT) or related clinical field

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical expertise in physical therapy and occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Knowledge of rehab documentation standards and regulatory compliance
• Staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary care coordination and discharge planning
• Quality improvement mindset and comfort with outcome metrics
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with electronic medical records
