Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Monitor and document patient condition and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with feeding, toileting, and basic comfort measures to support patient dignity
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
Collaborate with nurses and care team to deliver reliable, person-centered care

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
Active state CNA license where required
Prior experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Education

High school diploma or GED required; CNA certification and training completed

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with ADLs (activities of daily living) and safe transfer techniques
Comfortable with patient documentation and basic charting
Ability to work independently on per diem shifts and collaborate with care teams
Good infection control practices and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction from nursing staff
