Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, safe patient care during the overnight shift
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and any changes in condition
Communicate clearly with the nursing team and report any concerns promptly
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Support patient dignity and comfort while following established care plans

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification valid in California
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Comfortable working overnight shifts and supporting patient needs at night
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic patient care and ADL assistance
Familiarity with accurate charting and documentation practices
Ability to follow care plans and nursing instructions precisely
Good communication skills with patients, families, and team members
Awareness of infection control and patient safety procedures
