Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as assigned during the overnight shift
  • Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, and mobility
  • Monitor and document patient condition changes and report concerns to the nursing team
  • Support safe transfers and positioning to maintain patient comfort and prevent injury
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (state active and in good standing)
  • Comfortable working overnight hours and handling typical CNA duties independently
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
  • Clean background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-first attitude

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of an approved CNA training program required

Knowledge & Skills

  • Familiarity with patient hygiene, ADLs, and mobility assistance
  • Basic charting and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly
  • Infection control and safety-conscious practices
  • Team-oriented approach and adaptability in a clinical setting
