Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN on the assigned unit
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient vital signs, conditions, and responses to care
Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient record
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to ensure excellent outcomes
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
Support unit operations through effective communication and teamwork

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and dressing changes
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Infection control practices and patient safety principles
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
