Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Take and document vital signs accurately and report any changes in patient condition
Support patient mobility and safety, including transfers and fall-prevention measures
Maintain clear, timely documentation of care and communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Assist with resident comfort, hygiene, and personal needs while preserving dignity and independence
Follow infection control protocols and contribute to a clean, safe care environment

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (valid in Pennsylvania)
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Basic CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and any facility screenings
Reliable attendance and the ability to work assigned shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient-care skills and knowledge of ADLs (activities of daily living)
Good clinical observation skills and ability to recognize changes in condition
Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear handoffs and documentation
Familiarity with basic infection control practices and safety procedures
Teamwork mindset and flexibility to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team
