Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and mobility
Monitor and document patient condition and report changes to nursing staff
Support safe patient transfers and use proper body mechanics
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean care environment
Collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent, person-centered care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (or eligible for certification) — Pennsylvania preferred
Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable with ADLs (activities of daily living) and patient hygiene support
Knowledge of proper infection control and PPE procedures
Skilled in safe resident transfers and use of assistive devices
Basic charting and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced care environment
