Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers, mobility support and proper body mechanics
Maintain accurate documentation of care and resident interactions
Support infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful communication

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Demonstrated ability to provide patient centered, compassionate care
Comfortable working as part of a collaborative nursing team
Background check and TB screening as required by facility
Previous long term care or SNF experience is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, feeding and toileting support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
Familiarity with electronic or paper charting systems
Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
Team oriented mindset and a positive attitude
