Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a trusted frontline caregiver
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition accurately and promptly
• Communicate effectively with the nursing team and report concerns to nursing supervisors
• Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Document care and interventions thoroughly to ensure continuity and quality

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass background check and any required facility screenings
• Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and dependable work ethic
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care and ADL support
• Vital signs measurement and documentation
• Infection control and safe patient handling
• Clear, professional communication with patients and care teams
• Time management and dependable attendance on assigned shifts
