Shift Type: Spot shifts (SPT), 4-hour shifts; schedule varies by assignment, orientation included

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
Deliver skilled interventions and document patient progress clearly and timely
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and functional goals
Participate in orientation and follow facility policies to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington, or ability to obtain prior to start
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
Comfort working with diverse patient populations and a collaborative care team
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and manual therapy skills
Knowledge of therapeutic exercise prescription and functional mobility training
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to create clear home exercise programs and patient education materials
Familiarity with outpatient and pediatric care approaches is a plus
Time management and adaptability for variable/spot shift schedules
