Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered physical therapy interventions with skill and compassion
Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to achieve measurable outcomes
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent care
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and discharge planning
Participate in mandatory orientation and facility-specific training

Qualifications

Valid PT license in Washington or eligibility to obtain WA licensure
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
Clinical experience in a related setting preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to pass background check and required facility screenings

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy preferred
Graduation from an accredited PT program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in musculoskeletal and functional mobility assessments
Proficient with therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques
Comfortable documenting in electronic medical records
Excellent patient education and motivational skills
Ability to adapt treatments to varied patient populations
