Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide individualized patient evaluations and develop effective treatment plans
Deliver hands-on and therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Document patient progress clearly and update care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention
Contribute to a positive clinic culture by mentoring support staff and students

Qualifications

Current Washington state Physical Therapist license (required)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in PT preferred
Recent clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics or related setting a plus
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription
Ability to perform functional assessments and gait analysis
Proficient documentation and electronic medical record use
Good clinical reasoning with goal-oriented treatment planning
Comfortable collaborating with nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation aides
