Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and check them in with professionalism and care
Obtain and record vital signs accurately to support clinical decisions
Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits
Document patient encounters and maintain organized EHR records
Support patient education and provide clear, compassionate guidance
Coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Comfortable using electronic health records; attention to detail is a must
Strong communication and customer service skills; team player attitude
New grads welcome; prior clinical experience is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant program completion preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with vitals collection and basic clinical procedures
Familiarity with EHR systems and accurate documentation practices
Good phlebotomy and infection control practices are a plus
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
