Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and maintain patient dignity
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following protocols
Monitor and document patients' vital signs, changes, and progress
Communicate clearly with nurses, providers, and family members
Assist with ADLs and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents
Participate in care planning and contribute observations for better outcomes

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligible for state licensure
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Previous experience in long-term care or similar clinical setting preferred

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program; high school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic nursing procedures and infection control
Medication administration and documentation accuracy
Comfort with electronic charting or willingness to learn facility systems
Good clinical judgment and ability to prioritize patient needs
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
