Shift Type: 8-hour shift, schedule to be confirmed (specific days and start/end times will be provided during scheduling)

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to policy
Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Document care and patient information clearly and promptly
Collaborate with the nursing team and interdisciplinary staff to create great outcomes
Support a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtain shortly after hire)
Comfortable with medication administration, basic assessments, and documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first attitude
Previous LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting is a plus

Education

LPN diploma or Practical Nursing certificate from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting (EMR experience helpful)
Infection control and standard precautions
Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
