Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients within scope of LPN practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Support admissions, discharges, and transfers with thorough handoffs
Assist with wound care, IV monitoring (as applicable), and other clinical procedures
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver safe, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Georgia
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with medication administration, patient assessments, and clinical documentation
Previous experience in long-term care, acute care, or similar nursing environment preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required facility onboarding

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Clear, timely communication with patients, families, and healthcare team
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and accurate charting practices
Safe medication administration and basic IV/wound care knowledge
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
Professionalism, empathy, and commitment to patient dignity
