Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document promptly
Monitor patient status, report changes, and collaborate with RNs and providers
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine clinical procedures
Support patient comfort, education, and discharge planning efforts
Maintain accurate charting and comply with facility policies and safety standards
Participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of excellent patient care

Qualifications

Current and active LPN license for the state of Georgia
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or ability to obtain quickly
Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new grads with strong clinical training encouraged to apply
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-focused environment

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/LVN certificate or diploma)

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Patient safety, infection control, and charting in electronic medical records
Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
