Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN, ensuring safety and dignity
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient status, report changes to the care team, and escalate concerns promptly
Assist with ADLs, wound care, and other routine nursing procedures with attention to detail
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to support excellent outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely charting while following facility policies and protocols
Contribute to a positive unit culture by mentoring peers and supporting team workflow

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure in Georgia (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Relevant clinical experience as an LPN preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills and medication administration experience
Clear background and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills with patients and multidisciplinary staff
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards
