Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients within your scope as an LPN
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the care team promptly
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote patient comfort and dignity
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely charting in the patient record and follow facility protocols
• Support infection control practices and safe patient handling at all times

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (diploma or certificate)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable with shorter, focused shifts (4-hour assignments) and adaptable scheduling

Education

• Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and basic IV/fluids familiarity as applicable
• Wound care fundamentals and pressure injury prevention
• Accurate vital sign assessment and patient observation
• Proficient charting and documentation practices
• Patient education and compassionate bedside manner
• Team collaboration, time management, and prioritization skills
